Colchester United FC

Intervention: I provided performance psychology support for the 1^st team players. I also worked closely with the management team, in particular, Phil Parkinson to build a positive and productive culture.

Impact: Specific individuals using the support performed better on the football pitch, and the management team felt more confident. The team got promoted to the Championship Division for the First time the clubs history. The team players and the management staff paid credit to the performance coaching and support Sam provided.
