Opposable Games

Intervention: Opposable Games develop and distribute digital games and educational programmes. I supported the management team adopting a culture that sets short and manageable action goals when launching new projects. The work was funded by a European Development Fund for high growth businesses in the south west.

Result: The team had a blue-print of designated actions to take each day in order to promote their latest projects.
