Veedubbers

Intervention: I worked closely with the Managing Director Simon Bannister to improve the businesses out-reach to their online customer base. Veedubbers is an online marketplace for VW campervan enthusiasts.

Result: Through using principles of clarity and nature of mind, a pragmatic road-map was created to work out the commercial viability of the project. Time and money was saved by understanding the cost and benefits of different courses of action.
